The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) requires states to continually update their State Plan incorporating both WIA and Wagner-Peyser activities.
For Program Yeasr 2009, New Hampshire requested permission to extend their current plan through PY2009. The request was granted, with the condition that the state update its Plan relative to activities falling under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
