With the exception of two legislative appointees, the Governor appoints the members of the Office of Workforce Opportunity. The members serve three-year terms. Nominations are accepted for new board members as terms expire. Interested parties may contact for additional information.

The State Workforce Innovation Board convenes three times a year, and meetings are open to the public. Meetings are usually held at 3 Barrell Court in Concord from 2:00 to 3:30, and the dates for 2019-2020 are:
